Terms of Service

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between Melda İğde (“we”) and you (“user”), who uses the Mially app (the “app”). By downloading or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Mially is a mobile app offering calorie and nutrition tracking, voice/barcode/photo food entry, a Turkish cuisine food database, and AI-assisted nutrition/workout plans. Features may change over time.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for the security of your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe others' rights, or to abuse the system (automated access, reverse engineering, excessive requests).

4. Medical Disclaimer — Important

Mially is a health and wellness tool; it is not a medical device or medical advice. The calorie values, plans, and suggestions it provides are for informational purposes only and do not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian, or health professional.

• Consult a health professional before changing your diet or exercise program.
• If you are pregnant, have a chronic illness, a history of an eating disorder, or any medical condition, consult your physician before using the app.
• AI-generated content (nutrition analysis, plans) may contain errors; accuracy is not guaranteed.

In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number, not the app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The app may offer paid subscriptions alongside free features. Payments are processed through the App Store / Google Play; billing, renewal, and refunds are subject to those platforms' rules. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the period unless you cancel; you can stop renewal in your device's store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled per the relevant store's policy. 6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, logo, content, and the name “Mially” belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the app beyond your personal use. Data you enter (food logs, etc.) belongs to you.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to improve, change, or discontinue the service. We do not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the app in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. You may also close your account anytime via Settings → Data deletion request.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Republic of Türkiye]. The courts of Antalya/Alanya have jurisdiction; consumer arbitration boards/courts remain reserved for consumer transactions.

11. Changes and Contact
